Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Deposits may be required to secure event dates.

  • Full payment timelines will be specified in individual service agreements or checkout pages.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to booking confirmation.

 
Event Tickets
For ticketed events:

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Entry may require proof of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons.

 
Subscriptions (if applicable)

If subscription-based offerings are introduced:

  • Subscription terms, billing frequency, and cancellation policies will be clearly disclosed at purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Catering & Private Events
Deposits are generally non-refundable. Cancellation terms, including any partial refunds, will be specified in your individual service agreement.
 
Ticketed Events
Unless otherwise stated:

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • If an event is canceled by Sprouting, ticket holders will be offered either a refund or credit toward a future event.

 
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Recipes

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Design elements

is the exclusive property of Sprouting LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Participation in culinary events, dining experiences, and food service activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to food allergies and venue-related hazards. By attending an event, you voluntarily assume these risks.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Website.

Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
